BOOKINGS

* Please see the BOOK tab to fill in your booking form. Submit your completed form and wait for your confirmation response from gatherluxpicnics@outlook.com. Remember to check your junk folders often as we typically respond within 24 hours!

* Once a booking form is complete, submitted and reviewed by a member of our team, a 50% deposit for your picnics total will be requested to secure your event.

* Your event is not booked until we have received your deposit.

* Deposits and payments can be made via e-transfer to gatherluxpicnics@outlook.com

* The remainder of your event payment will be required 24 hours prior to your event.

* Picnics must be requested a minimum of 72 hours prior to your intended event date to allow us enough time to create your perfect luxury picnic.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING

We understand unforeseen circumstances can arise and you may need to cancel or reschedule your picnic. Our policy is as follows:

* Cancellations more than 1 week from your confirmed picnic date - 50% of your picnic deposit will be refunded

* Cancellations less than 1 week from your confirmed picnic date – 25% of your picnic deposit will be refunded

* If you would like to cancel your booking and a refund is provided, you cannot reschedule another picnic with your original deposit at a later time. You must re-complete and submit a new booking form and a new 50% deposit will be required to confirm your new picnic date.

* If you are more than 1 week out from your promised picnic date and need to reschedule, we are happy to do so for another date within 45 days of your originally scheduled picnic.

* If you are less than 1 week from your picnic date, we will be unable to reschedule – you will need to cancel and re-book. No changes can be made 72 hours prior to your picnic

* If inclement weather is forecasted, we will happily set up your picnic in an agreed upon indoor location or you can opt to reschedule your picnic within 45 days of your original date. Cancellations are not offered on mother nature’s behalf – if you choose not to reschedule, your picnic will be considered cancelled and no refund will be provided.

* You will only be able to reschedule your event once for any reason.

* There will be absolutely no refunds for no shows.

ADD ON/CHANGES

* If someone in your party is unable to attend or has to leave early there will be no refund for the guest add on.

* Any changes to your ADD ONS must be requested at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled picnic.

* Payment for FOOD ADD ONS (if booked separate from picnic) will be required in full.

* Payment for other ADD ONS (if booked separate from picnic) will be added to your final payment.

ALLERGIES

* Please let us know if you have any known food allergies as any food supplied by GATHER LUXURY PICNICS is not prepared in an allergen free environment.

LENGTH OF PICNIC/ADDITIONAL TIME

* All picnic packages are 2 hours long with the option of adding additional time (pricing can be found under ADD ONS).

* If you are leaving prior to the scheduled timeframe, please notify us 15 minutes prior to leaving to ensure our items are not left unattended for an extended period of time.

* We will be unable to refund you for any unused picnic time.

* Your additional time must be confirmed prior to your event. There will be no options to extend your event past the booked time on the day of your picnic.

* Please arrive on time, there will be no extensions provided if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.

* We begin setting up your picnic approximately 2 hours before your scheduled booking. For personal venues, please account for this set up time to not cut into your picnic time.

LOCATIONS

* We will design and set up an indoor or outdoor picnic at an agreed upon location of your choice.

* Parks, beaches and backyards are all popular choices. If you cannot find the perfect location, we can help make some suggestions in your area.

* There may be additional charges for picnics outside of a 35km radius of origin.

* If you would like your picnic to be in a public setting, please respect any public rules the space may have and please DO NOT LITTER. A garbage can & bag can be provided with your picnic.
